The Development Manager will be responsible for the direct fundraising operations for the Fund from philanthropic and/or government funding sources. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring the ability to think big while minding all the details.

Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Marketing, the Manager, Digital Marketing, will oversee the project management of multiple initiatives to develop and maintain the technology for websites in the ULI.org domain, as well as mobile apps. As a digital project manager, he or she will play an essential role in ensuring that projects meet or exceed documented expectations and are delivered on time and on budget.
This is a senior management position on the Member & Component Services team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Member & Component Services, with strategic responsibility to develop, implement and monitor initiatives designed to support AIA's equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI), emerging professionals, academic engagement and K-12 initiatives as aligned with AIA's Strategic Portfolio under Workforce.
