Memorandum of Understanding (AIANY and Center for Architecture Foundation)

Sample Memorandum of Understanding between two separate organizations desiring to share one physical space: the Center for Architecture in New York City, occupied by AIA New York and the Center for Architecture Foundation. This documents provides a framework for how the two organizations work cooperatively and collaboratively with respect to the occupancy, operation and maintenance of the Center. MOU enacted 2006.
